  • I am thinking about adding a playground, shed, fence, etc. What do I need to do?
    A completed application for “Review of Proposed Property Improvements” is required for all proposed improvements, alterations, changes or other work which in any way alters the exterior appearance of any Lot or the exterior of any improvement located on any Lot.
     
    ARC guidelines and the application form are available in the downloads section of the website.
     
  • When are Holland Hill's HOA meetings?
    The Holland Hills Board of Directors typically meets the 3rd Monday of each month. This meeting is open to HHHOA members in good standing. We encourage members to attend as often as they can. This is a business meeting with time for member comment at the beginning of the meeting and at the end.
     
    The Holland Hills Annual Meeting is typically scheduled at the beginning of December and is the meeting that all HOA members should attend. This meeting typically covers the prior years finances, budgeting for the coming year, elections and more.
